Vintage Design
Beautiful Italian brass Chiavari chair or bar stool and perfect long lasting solid structure. Chiavari chairs are named after the Italian city where they originated, a small town located on the Mediterranean shore side between Portofino and the Cinque Terre. Originally designed by Giuseppe Gaetano Descalzi and then reviewed by Philippe Starck, these lightweight and elegant chairs with shapely crest rails and spindled backs are wonderfully handcrafted in Italy since the early 19th century. The iconic and elegant design has been a design staple for a century and has today, in its luxurious brass form, become synonymous with Hollywood Regency style.
