Vintage Design
An absolutely stunning antique Georgian style writing table / desk. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1960’s.
The quality is outstanding, this is incredibly well made and has a gorgeous inset leather top with tooled edges. The grain patterns and colour tones are beautiful, this stands on tapered legs and is nicely finished on the back, so can be used as a free standing item. The drawers have ebonised handles and fine, hand cut dovetailed joints.
We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some extremely minor wear here and there remaining beneath the polish.
