Vintage Design
Magnificent secretary from the Empire/Biedermeier period around 1800/10. The furniture was made of softwood and veneered with pyramid mahogoni. Provided with two large columns with brass chapter, an orginal marble plate in dark green/black, brass key signs and a beautiful veneer image, the secretary is a unique piece of furniture. The interior impresses with the many small drawers with walnut veneer and other columns. In total, the secretary has 4 large drawers, two of them with a lock. The furniture was restored in our workshop and the surface was refurbished with shellac in the hand polish process. The inside of the writing flap was covered with a new fabric.
