Vintage Design
14 dining chairs designed by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia. This enduring design is Mogensen most popular and has been produced since its inception in 1947. Originally designed for the Danish co-operative FDB while Mogensen was the head of furniture design. These examples are constructed from solid beech which is a native and prized wood here in Europe. It is a sturdy design and the entire frame is constructed from solid wood and employes a woven paper cord seat. A fantastic set of chairs to add to your modern environment.
No damage on the chairs, but minor signs of age-related use on the frame and small stains on the cane of some of the seats. Overall good vintage condition.
As we prefer to keep it up to the customers whether the items should be refurbished or not, we haven’t touched the furniture (only cleaned it).
